Rooms
The 41 guestrooms at The Dylan Amsterdam are individually designed, each offering a blend of European and Oriental styles. The decor features bold color schemes, well-crafted Oriental furniture, and potted orchids. Guestrooms in the original 17th-century building have VCRs, and many have four-poster beds, exposed beams, and floor-to-ceiling drapes. Guestrooms in the 1999 extension have more streamlined décor and DVD players, and are accessed via ultra-minimal, white corridors. All rooms offer a desk or a small two-seat dining table, closets with sliding slatted doors, and slender, high-backed chairs. Guestrooms are all non-smoking.
