Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS): Approximate driving time to the Campanile Hotel Amsterdam is 20 minutes and distance is 30 kilometres (18.5miles).
From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, guests can take the train towards Lelystad Centrum or Hilversum and get off at Diemen-Zuid station. Then they can change onto metro 53 to Gaasperplas. The hotel is located next to the metro station. Taxis are available at the airport and cost approximately €35.
Driving directions: From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport take A4 to Amsterdam and A9 in the direction of Utrecht. Stay on the A9 to Amersfoort/Almere and leave at exit S113 ‘Weesp, Gaasperplas’ and turn right at the end of the exit road. The hotel is 200 metres ahead on the left hand side.
Much of Amsterdam can be explored on foot although trams run throughout the city. More adventurous visitors may wish to hire bicycles.
